GUIDELINES:
Stakeholder Mapping is a collaborative process of analysis, debate and discussion that draws from multiple perspectives to determine appropriate partners.
Gather all stakeholders
This stage is to identify the key stakeholders who should be involved in the activities at local level.
The suggested activity is a visual mapping of the local ecosystem, using sticky note to write the name and organisation and place it on the map, according to the sector in which the stakeholder is active (civil society, academia, public sector, private sector) and according to their geographical scope (Micro, Meso, Macro level).

Influence and Interest
The second step is to analyse the identified stakeholders and collocating them in a Cartesian axis with interest of the stakeholder as x and influence/power of the stakeholder as y.
This exercise will facilitate the selection of between 25 and 30 local stakeholders to invite to the three workshops.
